Just what I wanted! I bought a pair, one for each side of the french doors in my dining room. They have just the look I wanted and show the beautiful color of the accent wall behind them. They have a nice amount of display shelves and the wicker baskets have freed up some of the cupboard space in my kitchen.
just what the doctor ordered. The first time I saw the rack I knew it was for me . I did the assembly without the instructions. It all went together with no problems. There was enough hardware, I wasn't short any pieces. Al in all I'm very happy with what I got would recommend this piece to anyone. I use the rack for all my cook books. Looking at more products from your company.
Worth the wait. I searched online relentlessly for more than a month to find something that would provide additional counter / storage space in our tiny kitchenette at work. I considered many other furniture options other than a baker's rack - too wide... too narrow... too low... to high... too deep... still not enough space for a microwave, toaster and other items. When I began looking at baker's racks there were still many things to take into consideration - depth, particularly at the base... the legs (some have scrolled legs in front that could be a tripping hazzard)... how many shelves... sturdiness. When I stumbled across this item, it was much more than I had hoped to spend, but it seemed to be the best solution for our needs. I ordered the item only to find out it was on back order and I had to wait another month before I received it. When it arrived I took a deep breath in anticipation (hoping nothing would be wrong with it!) and opened the carton. It took a bit of work to get it out of the carton because it was well packed, but once out it only took about 15 minutes to assemble the rack. It unfolds and the slate shelves slip into place. It was very easy. The rack fits perfectly in our little kitchenette. The microwave fits perfectly on one of the wider slate shelves, the toaster (a longer design 4-slice) fits on one of the smaller wire shelves, although I had to find something to put under the toaster so it would sit level (I purchased a cookie sheet with a rim which is a good solution because it will catch crumbs). All in all, I am very pleased with this item. My only disappointment is that it does not have a drawer which we really could have used.

Did you know? The first baker's racks with the familiar open backs and vented shelves were used to cool pies. Ornamental designs were popular then and continue today as a warm welcome in the kitchen. Today's styles are so beautiful, in fact, that they are used throughout the home and even outside. Always a practical piece, the many fine products you see here feature irons, woods, and blends for any decor.
