This piece is gorgeous! I got this piece to use as a TV Stand. It looks gorgeous in my Family Room and has great storage for all sorts of stuff! The wine rack inside is a great touch that I did not expect. This pice is fairly large and VERY beautiful...WELL worth the cost! It is a bit on the heavy side, so you will definitely need two strong people to move it...but that just means it is a quality, well-made piece!
Great dining chair alternative! Great alternative to your standard "dining room" sets. It's the perfect compliment to the matching scripted chairs and makes a wonderful style statment, in my opinion. It's comfortable casual but still stylish. Not the best quality but acceptable if you don't use the formal dining room often. They look great. Wish they would list how much weight capacity these chairs can hold. Very happy with the chairs and the value.
Works Perfectly! We were looking for something that would compliment our modern living room decor. Shopped around & found this table online which look liked it would work. Ordered & it arrived promptly. I didn't realize there was some assembly required. (Well, actually I thought the assembly was putting in the glass). However you do have to attach the rings to the legs. It was easy & only required a screwdriver. The table is sturdy and stable. It accents the room beautifully. The shiny legs & clear top give a classy & finished look. Highly recommend.
Use as art, not necessarily as a timepie. We have vaulted 12-14ft ceilings in our great room, and I had a large triangular space over a double window that needed something. While in a local antique store that also sold new items, we saw a similar product and I liked the idea of it, though it was expensive. The price for this was terrific on Clock Superstars. Due to its height, & because of DST we weren't to keen on having too borrow our neighbors 10ft ladder just to adjust time 2X a year. However, we did put a battery in the clock works. The clock works jiggled inside. the the hands started moving, but at times the hour and minute hand rubbed against each other. In all fairness, though our battery was good to 2014, we had had it a while and it may have been week, but when we hung it up, it was running. On a regular wall height, this would not be a problem. But as high as it is, we can't be bothered. I didn't really buy it for time - more of as a "sign" of a clock would be. It is for effect. It's always going to be 4:04 here and I am okay with that. With that in mind, I absolutely love it. I could try another battery and try bending the hands if it were at a reachable height. I did a lot of searching online and this was by far, the very best price. I am convinced this is the exact item I saw at an antique store and elsewhere on the web. It is heavy, sturdy, and very, very attractive. The time mechanism is made in China, and is typical of most new AA-battery clock works you find. There is a little black box that fits in from behind and connects to the hands. The metal on the clock - the pocket housing, if you will, is a very dark bronze. It is well constructed otherwise. There is one of those upside-down light bulb-shaped slots to hang on a nail or hook and then it slides down into place for secure fastening. Use an anchor if going into drywall, or if you are placing on a non-stud area.I've included a side view so you can see the thickness.
Absolutely beautiful mirror!!! Beautiful to use in so many rooms; Dining room, Foyer, Living room, Bedroom. It is a very large mirror that makes any room elegant, the framing is large with gorgeous detail. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. May order another one for another room. It's a show piece!
