I searched lots of sites looking for just the right piece to go with my contemporary low-height TV stand and this was the closest thing I could find that wasn't cheap looking and that matched my existing piece. I bought 2, one to go on each side of the TV stand. I didn't want to use a useless high bookcase pier and wanted an extension to my TV stand that I could use for storage and this fit perfectly. It looks better in person rather than on the computer screen and am happy with the quality of the wood veneer and the assembled product. The assembly is a bit complicated -- take the time to read all instructions and follow them with no deviations. The only thing that really gave me a problem were the screws that connect to the drawer sides -- they were too short and could be longer. I used glue to reinforce all and it worked. [...] Great product overall. I can use them as nightstands if I want to. It's a versatile piece and can go anywhere.
