Love it. I bought this years ago...I was just checking to see if there's matching pieces because we just bought a house. I love this table, it still looks new. While expensive, it's solid - does not move when you stub a toe that's for sure... I still have not seen a coffee table as beautiful as this one. I'm very glad I bought it!
Sassafras Standing Coat Rack = Beautiful. This coat rack is excellent. It is built chevy strong, holding as many coats as you can possibly throw on it, plus is looks very nice without coats too.....would recommend this piece of furniture to anyone looking for a nice coat rack that will last generations..
Truely Stated Discription! I needed a statement in our bathroom dressing area. Not only useful but interesting and contemporary looking. Quality was a "must". This won't fall over. Everything that they discribe about the S. tree is true. Even though I won't be using this for heavy items, I feel that it could do the job. I will be hanging scarves on some branches to add color in our dressing area. Great Piece!
It's beautiful, well made and sturdy. I bought this because of someone else's review, saying it had a sturdy base and would not topple over. And, yes, it is sturdy, but due to its elegant design it is not cumbersome or bulky. It's in the hallway and I did not want something that would overwhelm the space. It's perfect.
A piece of art work with function too. We needed a coat rack for our studio apartment so wanted something that would not take up a lot of space. It was perfect for our entry way. It was a little more expensive but is very high quality. It is a piece of art work that also has function. It stores a lot of coats, and we didn't see a problem with them slipping off. It is a heavy piece so needs to be hung securely. Screws were included, but we also added dry wall anchors.
few tweaks could make it great. Very solidly made, but not all twigs are useable as garment hooks. On a positive side, it has a feel of one of a kind big hand-made piece. On the other hand, attachment holes were designed or manufactured poorly. All mounting screws should be able to match with 16" wall studs, but to match just two of them is a struggle.

Quality worksmanship that reflects the skill of the blacksmith continues to set us apart from other manufacturers. Stone County Ironworks in Mountain View, Arkansas was begun in an old gas station in 1979 by one blacksmith, who apprenticed and demonstrated the craft at the Ozark Folk Center in 1976. Early sales were at retail craft shows, but by 1984 wholesale accounts were the focus, with the help of 9 employees. That year a 5000 square foot building was erected with the assistance of local government agencies who sought to create opportunity in the area.
