As a professional Chef I do recommend. The Power Pro is really powerful. It tends to it's task very fast, and it is easy to use. This engine will never weaar out or overtire. For professional use, the plastic is a bit fragile, as in, the rim on the bowl from being hit with the commercial spatula has sufferd some chips but still works good. The insert to the handle from continuous commerscial washing has to be adjusted after every wash but not big deal really. For home use it will not even need to be done often. I am actaually on this site to find a new bowl. I will not look for another food processor because this one is so powerful and fast. For small pro-kitchen or home use it is great and will last forever.
I love all Black & Decker ... I love all Black & Decker products but I was disappointed with the black & decker label on my food processor, after a two cleaning the label came off. is there any way you guys can do a better job with the labelling because it comes off so easily.
So Far So Good. Just got mine today for Christmas and have used once, the only thing I have noticed so far is it could use graduated measurements. As I was processing fresh pumpkin, "today", and decided to just mix everything in the processer. Had to eyeball it, turned out great, but I have been doing this a few years and did not need to be precise... This time.
Great Item. Bought this item to process a huge batch of pancake mix and must say it was well worth the money I spent. Have been using it for odds and ends ever since. Great product.
This processor is great. The processor has plenty of power and is perfect size for the average kitchen. It doesnt have multiple disk attachments such as cheese grater, or others like my parents kitchenaid, but it works great for everything from making dough to slicing up pepperoni. Would recommend it for anybody!
Excellent. This is my families first processor and we love it.
foodprocessor. I bought my food processor after christmas used it 1st. time yesterday I shredded 3 carrots and started to shred cabbage and it didn.t shred I smelled something hot but never through anything wrong .but it would not work anymore so took it apart and the part that the cord wrapped around that has passed by qc was melted .what now.
Quick and Convenient to Use. This is my first food processor. I have had this processor for a week and even though I have only used it three times, I find it very quick and easy to prepare food. I just finished making a dried beef dip using it and it did a perfect job. I plan to use it next to make pie crust. It seems very well built with suction cup feet so it does not move around while in use and the lid and feeding shute fastens vey securely to the work bowl. I expect it to last a long time and know I will enjoy using it. Now I would like some recipes using the food processor as none came with the instruction booklet.
great value for the price. I bought this to make hummus. It was able to make a very smooth dip. I also have sliced onions and cabbage with it already. I am happy with the way it works. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. I can hand wash it easily. I wish I could get a blade that would slice a little thicker--then it would be perfect!
Love this food processor. My mom gave this food processor to me after I told her I love the one she has. She has a much larger one with more features but it's also a black and decker. This food processor saves me so much time when cooking and I loved mine so much I gave a friend one for Christmas this year and she has already used it and loves it too!
I use it all the time! I love this food processor! It works great and I use it ALL the time. It is very easy to clean. I have used it so much that my slicing and shredding blade finally broke. But like I said I use it all the time, so I'm not surprised at all.
love the features. bought it cause I needed one for Christmas stuff I was making
Good machine. I have owned this food processor for more than a year. It works great. I have used it to shred and slice. The only thing I would like is if I could but different blades or attachments to be able to do more with it. It is a little loud but no worse then most blenders and Its not like you be running it for long periods of time. The longest I have run it was to make almond butter, which it did without a problem.
After cutting veggies with a knife for years! This is great for what I need it for. The bottom part shreds tuna, chicken, and steak for sandwiches or bbq and the top is great at strips or slices. It would be nice with more blades, but after slicing thin potatoes for years, I just turned 20 minutes of painful slicing into 5 seconds of amazement. I love how it grates cheese, makes hashbrowns, etc etc. It was a present for Mother's Day. Thank you kiddo <3 <3 <3
